Talent + Capital for Breakout Technology Companies
Talent is the cornerstone of value creation.
For more than twenty years, our team has helped create value for Founders, entrepreneurs, and company-builders by recruiting elite operating leaders to AI, B2B SaaS, and tech-enabled companies nationwide.
Now we also have a fund to invest in companies we work with - aligning financial interests and cementing partnership around talent acquisition.
We are a boutique by design, leveraging AI to automate the mundane so you get an experienced partner hunting force-multiplying talent on your behalf.
Aligned, accountable, and a valuable partner on your cap table.
